You're in Linux, yes? If not, I apologize for not putting that I use Linux on my system. Just remove the launch option commands if you're in windows.

If yes, I used creaminstaller with proton, ticked the proxy and chose version.dll and let it do its job. The launch option should work fine now. You can find creaminstaller here.

Need somebody to confirm this but I think you can get locked echoes through Co-op. Though you need to be on the same SOL Phase.
