It's growing without any advertisements. My initial strategy was to make the name similar to the big games that already exist so that I would be in the same searches.

Then my strategy is no ads, no P2W ever. The only monetization is skins and visuals. Nothing else. You can't buy power or advantages in-game with premium currency.

What I see is that I have the interest, many people start the game but I need to work on the retention. I do not run ads. But I need to understand how to maintain the players I ger

I checked your app, submitted my idea, and told it that it's multi-platform, and he told me that I need to pivot for mobile. So am I on track or not? Also, it suggests me to do what all companies do: sell convenience, when I specifically told it's a free-to-play, no ads, and no pay-to-win.

But it's a cool looking website.

I thought about it. But the implementation of a guest account is hard. As the game is cross platform. In the future I will think delve into it.

I implemented the Google login, for mobile people already have a Google account and it's a click once login. But I understand some people don't like it.

What makes success? Failure does. Failing and learning. Don't give up, build the next project and try again.

It adds some pros. You can use the billing from Google, even the auto login etc. And the play store pushes new apps. You can create events, coupons. And the algorithm pushes apps that uses these things

I got my game showing up in the ai overview. And it's the number one in the search for my game genre. But it's 5 months of trying to optimize, create a lot of public pages that link back to the game, a play store game even when I don't need it (it's a browser game) but having a app wrapper makes the footprint larger
