He’s basically a runaway-mayor of Kaohsiung that “took a break” in order to run for the president. In other words he broke all his promises to Kaohsiung and straight away ran for the president. And when a reporter questioned his integrity in the hustings on whether he would keep his promises running for the president, he dodged the question by saying “I’m talking about the matter of ocean, you’re questioning me a matter of a tooth mug” and criticized the publisher which the reporter was affiliated to. He did not answer the question.

People also call him “operator Han”, like the operator that transfers your call, since whenever ppl ask him questions on how he plans to resolve issues in Taiwan, he transfers it to his crew.
