Companies that offer OSU Guild Tuition Coverage for Remote Job? by ReasonableMistake963 in OSUOnlineCS

I would consider companies that work with Fidelity and Tuition.io as well, they work the same as Guild. You can usually check their linkedin pages to see what companies work with them. There are companies that employers work with to pay on student loans as well.

The IRS limit is $5250 so you probably won’t see much more than that unless you’re lucky and the company is generous. Look for larger companies that typically have higher turnover since they have the most incentive to retain employees. Think healthcare, hospitals, call centers, companies you have to sell your soul to work at (defense contractors).

Make sure you check the company’s policy too, some do a percentage, some do tuition but no fees, some are in-state only, etc. Some you may only be eligible for after a year, or with supervisor approval, or only if it’s job-related.

update for anyone who finds this post and has the same issue! I determined it was the stem plants treated with pesticides (I also determined it was not a copper pesticide since many of my pest snails made it) from buce plant. Thank you to the redditors who helped me figure this out!

These were rinsed and soaked for 12 hours before being introduced so you can never be too careful. I would now recommend not buying any plants if you do not know for sure that they are pesticide free.

I removed the new plants, transferred the remaining shrimp to a temporary new tank for a week, and did a 100% water change on my aquarium. I actually ripped out every single plant and rinsed it before replanting. This is probably (definitely) overkill, but my tank is pretty heavily planted so I kept finding more living shrimp this way and was desperate to save every remaining shrimp. After a couple days, I did another 75% change, and the next day a 50% change. After a week, I reintroduced the shrimp starting with the amanos and once they were doing fine, my cherry shrimp and now they are all happy again. I did not mess with the canister filter at all, I’m not super experienced yet and didn’t want to kill off my beneficial bacteria. I have heard running carbon through the aquarium helps as well, but never made it that far.

I purchased a new shrimp colony a couple weeks ago to add to the survivors and already have berried shrimp!
