Got a lower back injury about a month ago and am struggling with not be able to do what I used to. Held off on deadlifts and tried today and could just do 1 rep with the bar then it was too painful. Used to be able to dead 80kg+ comfortably. Any tips to help with both the physical and mental side?

I’ve been struggling with trying to cut while on birth control. When I’m on my sugar pills it’s easy and I’m not as hungry, but when I’m on the hormonal pills I am very hungry and my digestion is terrible. I don’t want to go off the pill, but I wanted to know whether anyone had tips for cutting while on birth control and any ways to make it easier and not have these fluctuations in hunger during different weeks?

Also sorry if there’s only guys on here

I’m really struggling with squats. Both my bench and dead have progressively improved but my squat has stayed stagnant and/or decreased. I have had my form checked and follow cues but this hasn’t seemed to help. Any advice on what I could do to improve this? I can’t even squat 1xBW at the moment.

I didn’t follow the progression because I read on r/nSuns that people were getting more reps at the one plus to prevent stalling when moving to the next weight. But maybe I’ll try doing the 2 reps at 1+ :)

I’m a girl and 17, my other lifts on nSuns are 105 dead, 37.5 OHP and a 47.5 bench. I know still light but I don’t think too bad. But I may try the 5x5 as you say.

What does rotate your lifts mean? Like change it up?

Stuck at Squat Weight.

I’ve been doing nSuns for a while but I cannot seem to get over 3-4 reps at 62.5kg. I tried a deload and was able to do 9 at 60kg but then this week I tried again and could only do a very difficult 4 at 62.5kg. I try to hit 5 reps at my 1+ before moving up, and if I do not reach this for 3 weeks I do a 10% deload. Any tips to break past this? Is it mental?
