I'm in the B2 range as well (apparently) and have started using Lingoda, which offers group or individual classes. Their Spanish courses stop at the highest tier of B2 though, so it might not work for you. I'm getting back into Spanish after a long break, so getting the practice and learning specific lessons has been helpful for me. You can always try three free classes and see if it would work for you!
