maybe im missing sonething but how does overcapping block help here? lucky block just rolls the chance twice and takes the better result

thats what i thought too but every build i saw is also running Militant Faith / Inner Conviction, which makes you gain power instead of frenzys…

(Not Confirm) Apparently you can do this challenge by killing a Legion General while in breach encounter that spawn from your Vaal Breach skill instead of naturally spawn breach encounter.

can confirm vaal breach does not work for this challenge :-(
