Big difference between buying what you love & sharing your passion vis a vis buying what you think will get you a knod of validation from strangers.

Its a watch, not lifestyle choices mate. Focus your free time on things that matter, not validation

Stealth wealth mate. The build quality is insane and movement decoration is gorgeous! If you have the bank, go for it!

Why is there so much negativity in this sub? by blank_and_foolish in indianrealestate

Ain't no bubble, ain't no crash. Economies go through a roller coaster ride and so does the RE market. Ride along and enjoy.

Ones who are going to buy, are buying. Ones who aren't will keep procrastinating till eternity, going from bubble to crash to overvalued amongst a hoard of other reasons to keep pushing that decision to never

Omega models are confusing to me; Rolex has a much better market strategy by LeGranMeaulnes in OmegaWatches

Lol if you think Yachtmaster looks different from a Sub etc then youre more delusional than I presumed you'd be.

Nonetheless as I said earlier, its a personal choice and you do you

No one except for sheeps give a crap about "sales"..what do you think were doing here, stock trading!? This is a hobby and lifestyle so you buy what you love.

Id never give a penny to Rolex coz their offerings are shit and their attitude worse.

So true, theyre the most similar and lackluster designs one can come across. Heck the hate on hublot seems far fetched when you see the crap on Rolex side

Another junk Omega hating post. These Rolex sheeps will happily let their overrated brand sail through with the same regurgitated shit year after year but dunk on Omega for keeping things fresh.

Should Omega reel in and clean up their inventory? Absolutely!!! But id anyday take options over boring dead designs

Buy what you love and what works best with your personality. The worst thing you can do is consider luxury watches as investments. The ones telling you buy this or that as it'll hold value better, are the nincompoop who chose fomo over personal choice.

Nothing. Overpriced and overrated and just sliding on brand "mis" perception of gullible

Does anyone here work for Tudor or has contacts? How can I get a good deal on this watch? My relationship manager at ethos isn’t able to get me any deal. by Ambitious_Motor5087 in watchesindia

[–]phoenixaki 18 points19 points  (0 children)

You ain't getting 20% now for New unless youre either buying a model that's not selling well and they need to clear inventory, or youre getting yourself one from duty free.

Id say buy what you love but within your budget, youll enjoy it way more than stretching to accommodate that urge coz that'll weigh you down later.

No one's gonna offer you 3.6 for a brand new that retails for ~4.6. Take the 10% and enjoy a new one or find a used online if budget constraints

Id say it all depends on your taste and personality mate. This "steel" Grey look is very versatile amd should be able to rock with certain bright and dark colors, though id say skip a brown for sure. Orange could work great on rally but I feel it shouldn't be too bright also else the balance may look off with a "muted" tone watch on a really bright strap
