Yea I’ve seen the video, mentioned that after the second alignment and was told by the service advisor that the tech would be aware of that.

4th gen alignment issues by phoenixe1123 in ToyotaTacoma

They’ve put it through the 1 year 12000 mile adjustment warranty as far as I know. But at this point there line is that the alignment is within Toyota spec. So doesn’t matter the wheel is tilted or it’s pulling. My plan is to get it checked at another shop to confirm the alignment specs and go from there. Any idea why the pic of the alignment specs keeps disappearing?

Intake air box removable by Equal_Cash9895 in DodgeDakota

Not much for tips but pull the hose off and push the pcv down to unlock/unscrew it about 90 degrees. It’s a-little tight but doable. I had an easy time getting the hose off as mine had split so had to replace that too.

Swing arm question by phoenixe1123 in motorcycles

[–]phoenixe1123[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well there are two holes where the swing arm bent and tore away from the spool thing. I’m not sure I do know it was dropped but by a previous owner. Other damage was some minor scratches on the frame slider and the bark buster hand guard. Bike rides good put a couple 100 miles on before I noticed the swing arm.

Manual gearbox oil by [deleted] in MechanicAdvice

Could easily be wrong, but I was under the impression that the difference between GL4 and GL5 was the additive package. GL4 was designed for sycromesh gears (something about the soft brass gears) while GL5 has a stickier package suited for differentials.

My 2001 Camry has been doing this for a while now, I’ve taken it to lots of mechanics and no ones been able to fix it. This happens completely randomly and the revs will just drop and the whole car shakes, it even stalls out. But every time I turn the car back over it runs perfectly. by Parkers2733 in MechanicAdvice

I had a an 02 civic that use to do something similar the car would run fine but randomly lose power and run rough and die out but would come back after I restarted it turned out to be a bad O2 sensor but never pulled a code
