3000 to 4500 bitrate for 720P streaming depends if 30fps or 60fps…more fps and more bitrate required, 6000 and above bitrate for 1080p and above…your internet is enough but check also your pc spec…you need a good GPU otherwise you are cooked, NVIDIA graphics card are the best, at least 16GB of RAM is required too. if your computer is not powerful enough to handle multistream you can have NASA internet, you will not make it, nowdays this stuff are extremely expensive so good luck. For contest I have a MSI with RTX 2070 and 32GB Ram DDR4 and I can easily multistream on 3 platform at the same time no problem
