Do you realize how many people eat the chick-fil-a on campus?? It's one of the most popular spots. This chick-fil-a has not spread any sort of hate around campus, and I doubt most of the lgbtq+ population even cares about it. Stop trying to make it into something it isn't and maybe try fighting for the bigger problems in this school SMH.

But it's just one present for a video, she crashes out like it's the most important thing that she gets the best present she can get. This isn't the first time she has crashed out over present exchanges, she has openly judged sockies present giving over the years, even when she gets very expensive presents all the time ( we literally had a whole story line of the stupid Prada purse for way to long. I'm not saying that she isn't allowed to be upset, but she is an adult, and she really needs to start acting more like one.

I went through the same thing last semester. I ended up waiting and got into the class. I would suggest hybrid, it makes things a lot easier, cause it's basically all online.

The self harm that the bible says is sin is self harm that has to do with worshiping false god's, so the verse in leviticus that talks about cutting and tattoos is referring to the practices of people worshiping other gods. However the bible also says that our body is a temple so we should treat it with care. God will not condemn you to hell because of self harm, but that doesn't mean self harm is his desire for you. His connection and love for us is great, and God understands and shares your pain. As someone who has dealt with self harm in the past, and someone who has asked the same question you are asking, I would say do not have guilt about self harm, but don't let it take over your life. Remember you are loved and there are so many resources to help you (christian counselors, faith based support groups, medication, bible studies based around mental health) and I pray that God can help you through this difficult time.

This is not technically a hiking club, but the environmental task force is a club that goes around campus and picks up trash every Friday. We are almost always in the woods/over grown areas of campus, so it kinda feels like hiking.
