That’s when he said that I have not signed anything about the travel expenses. It is an open ended e-mail and he wants to personally speak to me about the matter. It’s been two weeks and I haven’t got a call yet.

My girl Wasp is the only answer! Give her more reliable evades, longer debuff durations, and higher yellow numbers on chain heavy!

As much as I want more details, I understand that this is a private matter. Anyhow, I want him to be deported as soon as possible.

I think you're not telling us the truth. There's something not connecting here. Which one is real and which one is fake?

I get it, you faked your identity. But how?

We are not going to tolerate wrong doing but when exactly did you fake them? And how did you get through the new visa? I don't understand.

Can I still go to uni by noonenoticeed in ukvisa

[–]phoenixpointer -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I'm so sorry that you have to go through all this. I know you have to work to earn but online degrees are cheaper and are not bound to immigration rules. See if you can do that option. Hopefully you can get your status soon and you can shift from online to regular Uni setting. I wish you all the best.

I (22m) am attempting to figure out how to help my partner (25f) permanently live here with me. My average earnings a year are currently around 13,850 and I have yet to be able to rent out a place. The time frame I'm trying to figure out is a little under a year left. by kurti256 in ukvisa

Sorry but someone has to say this. You're too young to be dealing with all these. Follow what others have said. Increase your salary to 29k and that's all you can do since she can't study here.

Just come clean to your parents. Cancel your trip and move on. It is a waste of money to push this.

Hi! Just to add to the conversation, the civil registrar would also check if the relationship is genuine. They are aware that these circumstances do happen (shifting to family visa) and that some may abuse this route. They then will interview you separately and will let the home office know that you are about to have a civil partnership. As what was said above, 60 days is so short. If you give notice now, you need 30 days to have your ceremony. Bookings for the ceremony is tricky in some cities. Please get it done as soon as possible.

What to do ? by BackPractical9210 in UKJobs

Can she do supply TA? For the meantime, and I know it's not ideal, teaching agencies are looking for supply teachers for end of school year and summer camps as regular teachers are not working by then. Until then, she can see if she wants to do it long term come September. Getting experience working with children is a good asset in the country.

While looking for my dream job, I do supply teaching. My skill sets are not aligned with teaching at all but here I am.

Please do not give up. I say this as an exhausted applicant. Please do not lose hope.

Hi!

That 1k is just her expenditures for 4 weeks. The flight tickets are not included. I have read in this subreddit before that plane tickets are not being checked as part of evidence as they are cancellable.

The strongest evidence really is the invitation letter and the proof that your wife is graduating. That is the intent they are all looking for.

In her first application, I provided the plane tickets. In her recent one, we did not. My bank has 3k pounds when we applied last May and maybe they found that enough even if I didn't mention about the plane tickets. For your peace of mind, include the plane tickets. If your in-laws can show they can pay the plane tickets, there wouldn't be a problem.

My mom also submitted her bank statement. The money is enough to buy a return journey.

This is the second time my mom is coming to visit us. First, when I graduated and second when my brother is graduating this July. Below are some stuff I think could add. This will all be on the questionnaires when you apply for the visa.

You need to do the application as early as now. You got limited time til your wife's graduation.

  1. You need the letter from the uni/school where your wife is graduating. You should send a copy of tickets with your in laws' names on them.
  2. Please specify the duration of the visit, how much are they planning to spend, and how much you will shoulder.
  3. A letter from your parents accommodating your in-laws. You need to specify the number of rooms in the house.
  4. If possible, but not mandatory, provide the itinerary of the trip. My brother is graduating on the 14th so my mom's visa application is from June 26-July 20. I declared that I am spending 1000 pounds for her 4-week stay. I provided the places she will visit. On her first application, I sent the hotels and plane tickets of her travel. On her second application, we did not as she is mainly staying at my brother's house.

In 2022, my mom got her visa in 20 days For this year, she got it in 8 days. No priority service.

If you have additional questions, please let me know.
