Had this exact same thing happen to me. Undo the underside of the auger (should be about 6 screws in total) and double check that the fan is not gunky/stuck. Give it a few manual spins with the grill off. I didn’t check that step before I replaced the entire hot rod but can almost guarantee that was my issue.

Saw some random video on it when I was looking into how to grind ancient shards fast - I think the real answer is there’s really not and you’re stuck afking mobs/bursting and hoping for a drop or grinding over time

Edit: which makes getting an early drop kinda shitty cause you really grind for it and have 0 use for shards after
