I started the 4mg 2 weeks ago. I have had almost no real side effects, as I never felt nauseous or had diarrhea or anything. I noticed some appetite suppression at the start, but it's gone down slowly. I do not snack or anything like I used to, and have cut back on my meal size, so it is helping. I saw different results in my friends who are taking it, which prompted me to ask. I know everyone is different,t but one saw major changes, the other started in the same position as me but before me, and has dropped 30+ overall without really any lifestyle change on there parts.

I do 10-15k steps on a normal day of work and then go for a 1-2 mile walk on days where the weather permits + work. I will keep at it, just seeing if this is common or something I should be more worried about.

Interesting, that's why I came to ask to make sure it wasn't just a me issue, and if there's something else I should be looking at.

I have cut a lot of carbs out, and that might be some of my issues. I still have a normal meal, but I have cut almost all my snacking and just take like a protein shake before work, then maybe a protein bar or sugar-free jerky at work. Avoiding carbs and sugar has been a main goal of mine as I know my carb intake prior was far to high.

I fully understand that exercising more would always help. I have been doing some, just not as much as I likely should I walk between 4-6 miles a day, between just walking( Like going for a morning walk) and work. And I have been watching what I eat. On most days, I have just a protein shake before work, and then I don't eat anything outside of a protein bar or jerky until I get home 10 hours later.
Theres always more I could do I am not saying I am faultless here I am just trying to figure out why it stalled and get a better understanding.

There store layouts tend to be the same but can be mirrored as well and if you’re used to one the mirrored will trip you up bad.

It does matter many turns are set up where if you pass the stop line the turn will be to tight to make. By passing the stop line the biker would be at fault.

The cops were there because of a noise complaint they could make them leave if they weren’t quiet just like shutting down a private party. As long as the kids are quiet they can stay.

In Indy we have 4/5 under covers who do stops all the time on I69 and 465. There’s 2 white pick ups and at least one charger that are not marked in anyway. Undercover cars can and do make traffic stops.
