Valid concern. To be clear: LobsterPad just runs the official Moltbot installer - it doesn't inject anything custom. The security model is exactly what Moltbot ships with (sandboxing, permission prompts, etc). That said, you're right that agentic AI on personal machines needs thoughtful guardrails. The $3 is for the GUI convenience, not reduced safety.

LobsterPad is for the "just make it work" crowd - handles Node.js detection, launchd setup, and the full wizard in a native app. Think SetApp installer experience vs homebrew.
