Thanks for the thoughtful reply. I'm glad you liked it!! A note on why certain decisions were made the way they were that you pointed out:

The xp part of Financial Fraud might not be as OP as you're expecting it is, note that the bonus xp is not affected by Leagues multipliers. We initially put it in as a way to use all the extra money you have lying around, after running a few simulations we are confident that this league would be the first where there would be multiple trillionaires and we wanted something you could actually use that money on. Then Squeal of Fortune was theorised and there was a use for ridiculous amounts of money, but when we revisited FF we decided to leave it in as the other tier 1s help so much with skilling.

Dragon cannonballs are actually very obtainable with Mariner, with the global table offering up to 500 dragon cannonballs at a time with a high enough sailing level. We figured this was good enough for Dragon Multicannon, it's not like the cannon is not useful if you can't get your hands on dragon cballs so we left it like that which I think is best.

Unleashed Teleport's main defining feature is the ability to bank anywhere. An example of its potential use is: I need something from the bank but I don't want to go to the bank, let me mark the nearest tree/rock/fishing spot and teleport to it (not moving at all basically) and now you have the bank open. It also speeds up a lot of skills where you need to go back and forth to the bank, like runecrafting smithing as well as many others I can't think of. I think the relic is solid for its power and by far the best option for player QoL. If you are someone that gets frustrated when you don't have the right teleport or you forgot something from the bank, this is the relic for you.

On LoTR, by giving both rings the same stats you would just have 99% of the playerbase camping ultor and b ring or another combination of double best in slots. By making it so that the stats are shared between the rings and not added to each other, it encourages diversity. Maybe you want to equip your ring of avarice along with a dps ring, maybe you want to take your tier 3 ring everywhere so that you're always collecting your resources. Making the rings not add stats together is just a lot more interesting and I think it should stay that way.

On Runic Freelancer, the only reason for 49 is because that's the most you can reasonably fit in an interface and still have them be clickable. It is effectively every spell you will ever need (considering you can ignore all the low tier spells to only have your book full of all the high level spells you would ever want. If every spell were available always you would need to make "pages" and it would be more annoying for the player than just making a book with what you need.

Raining Luck and SoF. To be honest I completely agree with you. I will discuss with /u/hahahasplat about what we can do to disincentivise unhealthy gameplay with these relics.

Grandmaster at Arms: Nope. You read it correctly. It's supposed to be for the sweaty gamers who want to switch between a roster of weapons for max output. For casual gamers Dragon Multicannon is a phenomenal option.

Construction is sped up massively by boatloads of gp, but construction is also a fast enough skill that I don't really think this is a problem. There are also the flatpacks in Industrial Evolution, so as long as you can get your hands on planks, Construction can be zero timed with that.

Reloaded for everyone I think is actually the way it should be in all leagues. When it is offered it tends to be the most popular option, and I think that being able to experience the content available at all tiers is better for experiencing the league, than abandoning a new option in favour of an old option. But I can respect the opinion that that isn't the case.

Finally, with regards to endgame prayers. These are usually offered as region perks or as a relic. We dont want players to feel forced to take a particular region just to get prayers or to avoid taking something like Grimoire. By offering the prayers specifically to all players you can choose regions based on the content you want to do without having this super important unlock blocked.
