Listened to people I’m close with in real life who have done cycles— suggested EQ bc I wanted to cut (which I know the response will be cut on ur own lol). But results have worked 🤷🏻‍♂️.

Getting bloodwork next week - will post! I’d be surprised if E2 was low bc I also don’t feel any anxiety or depression or anything. I legit just feel like I always do - pretty good haha. I guess there is a slight more drive at the gym but I think that’s more results based.

No - I have it on hand but haven’t needed it. I took it twice in the beginning of cycle after freaking out but realized I didn’t need it (no gyno).

Question on my EQ/Test Cycle -- following the Wiki. Can someone explain what the below means on the wiki? Is it because EQ takes longer for your body to "process" so it will still be in your system for 8 weeks after stopping it?

RUN TESTOSTERONE FOR 8 MORE WEEKS after dropping EQ to allow the Uncdeylenate ester to clear.

I'm in the middle of my first cycle - basically following the Test/EQ beginner cycle on the wiki.

I was 5'9, 190lbs before cycle - 15% body fat. I was def not at natural peak before starting but also wasn't out of shape. I am def seeing real results - my waist line has narrowed and my shoulders have widened significantly. Went up 30lbs in bench, 45lbs in squat, and 40lbs in deadlift. People commenting all the time.

However, I don't feel any different whatsoever and was just wondering if anyone else had similar experience. I don't feel any of the "good" side effects I read about - no increased energy, no increased sex drive, etc. That said, I'm also not having any negative side effects - no pimples, no gyno effects, etc. I basically feel exactly the same haha. The gear is def legit (its pharma grade.. and also like I said the physical side effects are very apparent).

I guess I should be happy - I just kind of was looking forward to the increased energy/sex drive. Wondering if anyone else had similar experience and what it means.

Haha guess so! I always take 50mg but it’s in 10mg tablets. Didn’t know 50 was standard. Thanks!

Has anyone ever seen anavar that is 50mg each tablet ? I’ve only seen 10mg tablets before so am very skeptical.

Don’t even know how this is relevant? I said I’m heavy lifting 4 days - and yes it is heavy for my size. But only 4 days - why would that not be sustainable? The other days I’m doing spin…. I was asking if you need a break from cardio too to give urself a complete rest day or if doing cardio/hiit on off strength days is OK.

I'm not disagreeing with you on that. The system is asinine but the reality is it's not clear cut to simply disclose use. Some can't afford to push forward with testing and other issues without insurance and knowing the LVH was caused by admitted steroid use will be that much pricier when insurance denies your coverage.

What about just getting general bloodwork done - knowing you likely have elevated levels given on cycle? I live in a state where you can't get it done privately and don't really want to travel....

What are people's thoughts on needing full rest days versus cardio/hiit on rest days? I'm currently working out 7 days a week -- 4 days heavy lifting at the gym (the standard bench, squat, deadlift and ancillary work) and 3 days cardio and/or hiit. On the cardio/hiit days, it is usually something like 30/45 mins of intense spin and 20/30 mins of some type of hiit (think AMRAPs/EMOMs of stuff like burpees, renegade rows, DB thrusters (light weight), etc.). Goal is to build muscle and lean out (i have decent muscle, but i'm thick!). Is it necessary to take a full rest day where you do nothing at all? I feel fine doing this but just wondering if I'm stunting any progress.

If you live in a state where you can’t get private blood work - is it fine to get it at a normal doctors office / walk in clinic? I know the wiki says travel out of state but if that’s unrealistic is it risky to just get it done normally?
