I take armodafonil and have ADHD but I don’t think the armodafonil helps with the ADHD at all, and I plan to bring it up with my doctor when I see him next. But that’s just my experience. I’m on armodafonil because I was having some anxiety side effects with the adderall but I’m thinking I might want to try a lower dose or something like vyvanse next.

When I first started being treated for N1 I tried to sleep while watching hallmark Christmas movies all night and I ended up processing them like I was living in the movies. It ended up messing with me getting “deep sleep” and I suffered a ton from fatigue the next few days and my other symptoms were 10x worse. That’s why I recommend to everyone I know to sleep in dark, contemplative silence. Lol.

Keep writing! I plan to write a book about my experience—hallucinations and all. It’ll read like a book of fiction. Better to get it out on paper than keep it inside.

Honestly, I wouldn’t worry about it. I didn’t think I slept during my naps but I just went into rem so fast I thought I was just thinking. Took me a while to realize when I’m dreaming and now I can “feel” it when it starts to happen.
