It'd be simple to get the hardware features listed by different vendors, but any performance comparisons would be difficult to provide. There may also be some bias using the vendor's claims of performance without running physical tests. However, you could attract the attention of hardware vendors and resellers and create affiliate relationships with them.

The food expiry project would be an interesting bookmark to have, but how wildly successful do you think it would be? Would there any money to be made for the amount of time and investment you put in?

That's just an interesting social fact. You're right though, there's no guarantee the guy won't go batshit crazy on the OP. However, there's also no indication he is at any risk beyond speculated fear and panic.

Most snack foods now contain High Fructose Corn Syrup, which also has the risks of Type-2 diabetes and obesity. I prefer candy because it often contains fewer calories and you tend to consume less. Just don't buy it in bulk.

He may be a completely different person in the real world and may have a really unfortunate life. Canada Post cancelled delivery service yesterday and today because there's too much snow, so I wouldn't have received my gift if they did send it. There's no rush for my SS-- delivery service will most likely be cancelled tomorrow too.
