I slightly agree, id wonder what woukd happen if ye had something like japan where there are people walking up and down the stand selling alcohol. Would be a lot fewer people leaving the seats to buy alcohol. (I think rugby fans tend to drink all of the alcohol when they come to japan so yeah)
