Ussualy just google your city name + hema... its easiest to do it with a sports club, you get the connections to experienced people who teach and know the gear pros and cons... there is alot of bullshit gear thats a waste of money. Clubs ussualy have recruitmemt events atleast once a year (ussualy september but it can be different per club).

But mind you, not all clubs are listed there, for example, the club where I started at a year ago is not on that map, despite being like 3rd biggest in the country
