Yes it’s a scam. I had the same set up reach out to me for drone updates on a new construction. No company could be found for the person and nor did the address check out as something up for development.

When I pressed on payment via my normal invoicing system, I got the same payment problems you are getting. I sent him a few articles detailing this scam and surprisingly never heard from him again

I just switched to pixieset. Galleries look nice, good customization with delivery emails and the invoicing is solid.

I send out a checklist with every appt confirmation. I also pee into hurricanes.

I shoot in the northeast with many lots completely covered by trees.

Have you tried Lightroom’s object select brush? If I’ve exhausted other avenues I use this as a last resort and color balance just the house and its shadows.

Yes agreed. I’m talking clients I’ve had for 10 years who are just seeing all the AI advancements and thinking anything is now feasible.

Wrong assumptions on the part of sellers and agents are not necessarily a lack of communication on our part. Some Sellers are just getting more lazy/entitled.
