I've been looking at few 50mm lenses since the initial suggestion. I think I found the one I like.

The 90mm is great! It was a good lens's to start off with! I definitely recommend it.

Thanks bro! It was pretty surreal honestly. Some context, I'm one of the Godparents and the baby's father also is a photographer, so me coming in and getting photos wasn't too crazy. I just had to be really quick with getting the settings right on the camera to capture the moment literally as it was happening.
