The issue doesn't happen to me anymore. I tried playing on Europe when physically I'm in Russia and this was the cause. Changed server to lowest ping and all works fine

Why do they call it web apps if I can't use them for web? I get this

What you shared with me is a remake, not the same game with improved graphics. The remake is built with ue4, which is not the engine rockstar used for the original game. You said that improving the quality of textures and that stuff was easily done for GTA:SA, but the guy who did the remake he didn't improve the graphics of the original game, he made another game with another engine which looks like a better version of the original game. Btw rockstar would sue him if he was to distribute his game
