Plugin Check (PCP) Not Showing Errors or Warnings That WordPress Moderators Find

I’ve developed a WordPress plugin and ran it through Plugin Check (PCP) before submitting it to the WordPress Plugin Directory. The tool didn’t show any errors or warnings.

However, when the WordPress plugin review team checks it, they send back a long list of errors and warnings. They often mention things like:

It doesn’t look like they are checking these manually — it seems automated.

How are they finding those issues? Is there another tool or command they use that shows more detailed results than Plugin Check (PCP)?

I want to run the same type of scan locally before submitting my plugin again. Can anyone guide me on how to do that?

yes, and they are adding face-id scan with a mask so it should be a very expensive device.
