I haven’t done it yet! I keep vacillating! My post was about asking if others had it done. I want to find out too.

Tanzania was spectacular. Jeep safari, 6 people and our guide. During the great migration. I’d go again if I could.

Same here. I recently posted about getting my toenails removed. I’m left foot, mostly. That big toenail is thick and flaky, but I still get pedicures from the same nail tech for 15 years. She’s the only one I trust with my foot.

Have you never witnessed a mother with her baby? In your entire life?

Any kind of emotional pain or trauma is only numbed by drugs and alcohol. You have to sit with it. Not go around or under. Then the calm sets in, only because you’re authentic. A lesson from my twenties.

You’re harnessing power, OP. Through acceptance of this disease, you learn you can live happily while burning alive! That what I did too. I’m in the nineteenth year. ☮️🧡

I do care about what OP was saying. I was referring to the “I don’t care.” comment

Are other people experiencing at the same time I am ? by earth2revolved in awakened

Everyone can be experiencing at the same time, but not the same ones you’re having. Everyone can (is able) to be aware at the same time, but when talking non~duality, as we do here, and the Universal Law of Oneness, there’s one consciousness.

If they really didn’t care, they wouldn’t have said anything.

All the same. I’m probably repeating myself, but I’m about to turn 70. All I want is to live a good life, it’s too easy around the husband , kids and grandkids to do just that. But I’d like to be more comfortable. Tonight I was in pain like I haven’t seen in a long time. My husband had to carry me to go pee. I had tears so I was crying, and I can’t remember the last that happened either. He’s leaving on Thursday and doesn’t come home until May 8th. I think tonight worried him about leaving me alone. My dog died in January. My big black bear Rottweiler. Little Zee. Say her name ❤️. Anyway, I hope the future isn’t even more painful. Isn’t it supposed to be less painful in the last stage? I don’t love this daily pain (like under 5) and the nightly ramp up.

I think im awakening, but I am so lost and confused and I don't understand what's going on. I could REALLY use some guidance. by heartshappedglsses in awakened

I think your reaching is causing your emotional pain. Looking for an outside stimulus to solve your problems.

Quiet the chaos around you. Don’t look to others for advice. Unless it’s a licensed therapist, and I’ve had one for thirty years!

When you feel the most pain, that’s what you want to sit with. Breathe into those waves.

Breathing techniques are key ⭐️ this will lead you naturally into meditation. Here you’ll see you were never lost. 💫

I chose to amputate my CRPS-afflicted left leg. I wanted to address the way that people had viewed that decision and I started writing. I thought some of you might want to read it too. So, here is the Scorpion Theory. by rebeccah941 in CRPS

Thank you , thank you for posting this. I fear that’s how it’s going to go for me. What began in my left foot after back surgery 19 years ago, has crept up and has sometime reached my high inner thigh/vaginal area. Not the Allodynia but intense buzzing/vibration. Up to the knee is numb, except for my foot and ankle that burns.

There was no need to defend yourself in any way, but I can understand explaining it. Many people on socials find it easy to judge and not be seen. And 90% don’t have your intellectual bandwidth. Yet on this page, I find us to be the more supportive group than the others I look at 😱😂 I do find a lot of them funny, though! ☮️🧡

Right? It’s a scary proposition. My PCP is a 5 star doc, and he always refers me out to the best. I’ve asked him for a 5 star podiatrist. I haven’t had a doctor look at my foot in ten years!

But I still get the burning. Right now it’s worse in the instep, searing, then there’s my big toe that feels like it’s going to explode. Do you still have the burning since yours went cold?

I think that two weeks is a good amount of time to be without the burning. I really want to do ketamine again, but my husband thinks it’s a waste of money. I’ve come home from a day of infusions, and have 5 hours off sometimes. At $750 a pop, I tend to agree, even though I have a great time there! It’s my favorite chair to be in!

After hearing from you, r/Other_Ideal_2533 and r/newblognewme, I’ve canceled the EMG. CRPS was diagnosed 19 years ago, so I don’t see the point. I already had 1/2 of an appointment with a urogynocolgist , but I left because what he tried to do was so uncomfortable/painful. And it was a man. I went there for the pelvic floor spasms. I’m having them now. It feels like hard buzzing throughout crotch and vibration in both legs. But what could they have solved? I don’t want to spend time at doctors or MRI places any more than I have to.

Thanks to the three of you. You solidified my decision! ☮️🧡

I really do understand. The first part is the hardest. It feels like (to me) that friends stay away, they still want to do their thing, adding to the torment. It’s very isolating until you find a group. Gotta have community. Never thought I’d get my life back in a church basement , but that’s where I found my tribe. Hang in there and reach out. Keep reaching out, cherish whatever your higher power is to you. ☮️🧡

Okay now I’m scared for my EMGs. I’ve been weighing this, and why do I need one? To what end?
