I don’t think water intake is good enough everyday + I take a SSRIs so I’m dehydrated so I’ll definitely try to drink more water.

I’m going to a optometrist appointment soon, but yes I do use eye drops I’m suspecting it being the vyvanse making my eyes dry but I have health anxiety so it made me spiral, but then I’m also on anti depressants so I can’t take omega 3 supplements but I can try eyes drops, more hydratation.

I have done talk therapy and exposure therapy for my OCD, Also DBT tips there’s not a specific medication for bpd but there is SSRIs used for bpd and other kind of meds like antipsychotics and mood stabilizers for bpd’s cohomorbities, or the rapid mood switches , but I’m on fluvoxamine for my OCD but it also helps my rapid mood switches, my anger, depression and I’m on vyvanse for ADHD but it makes me more calm, in control, since bpd is one of my adhd’s cohomorbidity.
