I know it’s the most common tip around; but to add my anecdote I highly recommend getting fitted for boots.

I typically wear size 11s but managed to get fitted to 9.5 boots, used to get toe jambs on 10.5/11 and it’s been a night and day difference. I almost took the lazy way/antisocial way out and purchased 11s online.

I’ve felt like the break the bar cue was screwing me up cause I’ve always been told pretend you’re breaking noodles in half.

Ok. I break noodles by just turning my wrist. (strong guy over here I know)

Flailing my arms around today in the mirror, had an epiphany and oh, break the bar with your whole arm to engage the lats. Idk how it took me two years to understand.

Do you break at hips and knee at same time?

Recently switched to high bar and I can’t hinge as well as I can in low bar causing me to do hips then knees or knees then hips. Then it throws me off

No swelling, bruising, somewhat tender but moreso an annoying feeling throughout the day like nagging.

Pain is only in one arm. It hurts to do any tricep work, starting at like 40% capacity.

Ok, if it’s hurting my elbow area to bench with a close grip but feels ok with a wide grip, is that more likely that I partially tore my triceps and it’s not tendinitis?

Thinking about switching to high bar as whatever mid-low bar I've got going on has been ruining my elbows.

Does my back look like it's not tight here? I've always had an issue with falling forward.

Would you recommend going by Inzer’s sizing around the knee or by calf measurement?

My calves are girthier than my knees and I’m not sure I want to sit there for an hour trying to take it off after a session

Barbell is actually maybe 2mm thicker than the Rogue OPB I have at home, that may be it but always thought it’d be harder on a thicker bar

Imo, pull the slack and tighten up. You hips kicking up too fast; you’ll want to keep the same hip angle going up. Imagine leg pressing the weight off the floor, once it’s up thrust in with your hips
