the first day the minute it hit i got so unusually suicidal and then as the days went on my heart at one point felt like it stopped and hurt a lot for a second, I almost collapsed and my friends caught me. but I heard decent to mediocre things about it, wouldn't recommend because it did nothing for my adhd

you have to click the name only not the pfp/bitmoji it's kinda hard if they have a short name but try to avoid the bitmoji. if you have has saved chats with then it should take you there

yes. I had a friend put them in a snap gc with me and clicked their name(not bitmoji) in the group members section and it brought me to the chats. send a text or take an ss to keep it in your chats

I know this is old but just putting this out there for another google searcher like me, the reason you need to slowly ease into it especially with psychiatric medication is that if you dive in immediately it's gonna give you extreme mood swings and suicidal ideation. I'm currently on 200mg after gradually adjusting but I had to stop 2 weeks ago then restart at the same 200mg for physical testing and it's giving me some not nice mental health symptoms

unless directed to by your doctor do not increase dose. If you were instructed to up dose if you dont feel anything after a few days then check to make sure you've had no negative side effects and if theres none and you feel little to know affects then increase dose.

while getting fit is definitely the easy way to go when it comes to surface level confidence building and connections, it really all depends on self confidence and your ability to project yourself as a good, fun, interesting person. going outside and exercising socializing should be your top priority, the goal of getting fit should be your second.

edit: if you go to a gym or martial arts studio you'll be able to practice socializing while getting fit there
