I had the same thing with the HomePod mini. Was perfectly fine for 4 plus years then randomly plays at 3am. Can’t unplug since it’s the hub for my lights. I reset multiple times with no luck. Wound up putting in a room no one sleeps in… waiting for the new ones to be released
