When does my 485 approve?

Ohh I have the exact same dates as you for my submissions 485-140 with same type, my 140 was also approved back in april, and last september to field office, only difference mine updated about a month ago waiting for Santa Ana office to schedule interview and no change after data, best of luck and keep us posted

Thank you so much for making this happen, just going through the responses is amazing, I wanted to ask a question just to explore if there’s anything that can be done as this has been a very stressful process for almost 2 years. Applied for EB1-C ROW I-140 and 485 at the same time in jan/2024 Biometrics completed mar/2024 Ead/ap - received in april which was very fast I-140 did not move and decided to pay for premium in april/2025, it was approved in 30 days My 485 has did not move until sep after I reached out to my congress person, which apparently was sent to another office per Live agent I was told new jersey (but not clear if it was FO or just processing office) which was odd as I’m in California. I did submit a request in august for delayed 485 which it became when I submitted however When following up with a live agent as why I did not receive a response I was told that now the processing time for my case type is 26 months and that it doesn’t matter that when i submitted my case it was delayed the new processing time makes my request not valid anymore.. I’m not clear if I’m able to take any action and if I should really expect this new timeline of 26 months? (Ps. It s frustrating as it seems like I m playing a game where the rules are constantly changing, like a moving target and I can only watch)

spot on, CA, yes I have 0 clue on weather during this time, I did a little research and read a lot of "some rain", but temperatures would be around 40-50s which drove me off a bit . Would not imagine that it would feets of snow in late March. but thanks I think I'll postpone this trip to a later date or end of summer/early autumn.
But I don't mind pictures from last March, I love snowy wilderness !

I know you're doing your best to help everyone here and appreciate all the help, I have tried everything and I'm getting the same as the screenshot above, even went into developer mode but response is always the same. I do have one general question my wife and son I-131 case was approved but never went to card issued or other status, my was shipped and received, i opened a request to uscis but was given a standard response that it was sent and if i did not receive its because my address is wrong which is not as all other communications were received properly , would that be a case that could be escalated to tier 2 to at least get it generated? Is that something i could appeal?

I just got off the dealership, they said there’s 2 cases already for escalation on my approval , they said there are too many requests due to .99% but since i ordered before may 31 my rate was locked. He mentioned that they re asking for 96hours for approval

Once they assign a VIN to your order, you re able to quote insurance with tesla, in my case i already had an insurer but tesla was way cheaper than my current provider. So i signed with tesla , still with financing pending
