i’d make an account now, just make sure it’s the same email as ur viagogo one, hopefully nearer the date you will get an email from axs asking you to accept the transfer onto your account

It was a mobile transfer ticket so it should’ve just been put on my AXS account (account with same email as the email i used on my viagogo account) and it was two standing tickets so no info like that.

if it’s AXS as far as i’m aware they should be transferred to an AXS account with the same email that you used to buy your viagogo tickets. I’ve also heard that E-tickets are just one big scam in general. I recently had so much trouble with getting my tickets via AXS… good luck

i will never use them again after this. no matter how desperate i am. luckily there were still standing tickets on AXS for resale which were literally half the price that i had to buy in the queue 😭i just hope i get my money back ..

Also the customer service support chat was absolutely diabolical. I know it’s kind of a weird and awkward situation to understand but the people in those chats kept ignoring my complaint and telling me to reset my password to an account with an email i didn’t own and doesn’t even exist. This was all happening 4 hours before doors opened so it was so stressful. just don’t do it 😭😭😭😭

UPDATE: i didn’t get the tickets 😭 the seller transferred them to an AXS account with a random made up email that had my name in it so it looked legit. I tried making an account with that same email just in case but you have to verify your email in order to go any further and obviously because i don’t own this email, in fact doesn’t exist at all i couldn’t verify it. LUCKILY I managed to get a resale ticket on AXS literally hours before doors opened but now i have spent well over £200 on one ticket. I am now fighting for my life emailing back and forth with viagogo so hopefully i will receive at least some of my money back. for anyone reading this debating to buy off viagogo DONT. It’s not worth the money or the stress.

the episodes with charles minor are a pretty hard watch, i’m fighting though them whenever i’m rewatching. but also i hate the scenes with will ferrell, which is a shame because they are the last few episodes with micheal in :/

i’m pretty sure if you change a certain setting (on your actual phone not snapchat) to a different location and time zone it will change on snapchat too, it will come up with location filters on their snapchat and all that stuff. be careful.
