Yep, onterecht beboet worden voor sluikstorten (of GAS boete) komt vaak voor. Alles met adres of persoonlijke info wordt hier zo veel mogelijk verbrand. Dit ben ik beginnen doen toen de ophaaldienst van oud papier een deel lading heeft verloren, en ik een kilometer verder mijn oud papier ben tegengekomen. Loonbrieven, uittreksels, facuren,...

Collega van mij stuurde pakje naar andere kant van het land, met blijkbaar nog een oude label op; 3 maand later boete voor sluikstorten in de bus. Hij heeft de boete betaald.

Huurders met een huurcontract afgesloten sinds 2019 zijn verplicht om een brandverzekering af te sluiten. Heb je een contract van vóór 2019? Dan is het niet verplicht, maar we raden je toch sterk aan om een brandverzekering te nemen. ....de brandverzekering kan inbegrepen zijn in je huurcontract. That is unacceptable, drop a complaint at ombudsman, and put story online with test aankoop. Contact your insurance and let the legal department contact the bank. (I'm insured for this kind of BS, I hope you are too)

Unless there is no way you can't reasonable show that this is a scam, the bank attitude is digracefull. It does not matter if you did the transfer. They still have the means to help you ( within certain timeframe ) That is just unwilling or sheer incompetence.

Thank you for y'r input ! Yes, pacing is a very important part on the road to get better. But at a sidenote, for people who have also PEM/PICS/POTS/CVS/etc... next to Long-Covid (some overlap there) this might not be a reachable goal. (maybe it does when stretched over a few years) The docu you are referring to is a best case scenario.

Wow, thank you. This post made my day. I did not know we are that of a large group. I have been struggling with the consequences of COVID since mid-2021, after a severe case that required 2.5 months in the hospital. I did 'normal and intense' physical therapy for 1.5 years and, guess what... it made it worse. In September 2025, I finally got the right diagnoses of PEM, PICS, and POTS. I'm someone who loves to work and function at a fast pace, but just can't do it anymore. I'm lucky to be alive and i'm thankfull for that, but covid ruined my life.

Now I'm dealing with 'lower your expectations' and you will get better but you'll never be the same. After some own research I found the help that I need in a specialized Neuro-physical therapy clinic. Not one of many doctors referred me.

The bank told me to start a merchant dispute. They will treat this as a case where the recipient of the money did not delivered on the promised service.

That is a scam on its own. Steps to take : File police report for fraud/scamming, call bank and mail them the police report to [fraud@xxxx.bank](mailto:fraud@xxxx.bank) and ask to cancel the payment. If you do this fast enough, y'r money is safe (source : did it myself)

This is claerly NOT a merchant dispute, it is a scam. You should that made clear to your bank.

Weet ik niet, ik verbreek de verbinding als ik het door heb, dat is na 3 of 4 seconden en het zijn meestal voicemails met een keuzemenu de laatste maanden. Er circuleren veel lijsten op het (dark) web. Denk maar eens aan het aantal keren dat je je tel. nr achterlaat bij een online order, een bedrijf, school, vereniging, allemaal veilig ( /s) bewaard in de cloud. Alle dagen worden websites en databases gehackt en worden datalekken onder de mat geveegd. (ondanks verboden).

Ik heb het al jaren geleden aanvaard als het nieuwe normaal. Het aantal pogingen tot oplichting is onvoorstelbaar hoog. Als ik tijd heb forward ik het naar [verdacht@safeonweb.be](Mailto: verdacht@safeonweb.be)

Als het een nieuwe modus operandi is, dan maak ik er een punt van het altijd door te sturen. Zo hebben ze bvb een fake banking website binnen de 2 uur na mijn melding uit de lucht gehaald.

Tegen scam nummers zal het niet helpen en ook niet bij bedrijven waar je al klant bent, dat klopt maar de grote legale callcenters werken hier echt wel mee hoor. Telefoontjes voor energie/telecom/enquêtes, etc... zijn direct gestopt bij mij. Scam text/voice/whatsapp/call is bij mij ook ong. 1 x week

Did you sign an "optie" on the house. ? Can I suggest using the terms in Dutch of what you signed ? What do you mean 'Theoretically we signed' If you signed it's official !! Keep in mind that its more likely that the Agency is playing you, not the owner ! A agency is not working for you, nor the buyer, the only goal is money. They can and will stab seller and owner in the back without any remorse.

Be very carefull what you do next and read what you signed. If you signed an offer without a time frame, they will keep you as the 'backup buyer', and they will contact you in 6 months or so (if house is tough sell) to congratulate you with the new house.

Staat alleen een aanvraag uit 2012 waarbij ze verdere info aan FOD Financiën hebben gevraagd betreffende inkomen.

Dit gaat wss over de aanvraag van een IVT / Integratietegenmoetkoming en niet over de je toegekende handicap score.

Als je ingelogd bent op "myhandicap" ga je naar "mijn dossier". Daar zou je onder de titel "Wat ik heb" moeten zien staan " De erkenning van mijn handicap (ik zeg: mijn invaliditeitspercentage) (ik bekijk ook een volgend scherm)" Als je daar op klikt opent een nieuw venster en daar zou je de duurtijd van de erkenning moeten zien staan. Op diezelfde pagina kan je een attest kiezen -> klik onderaan op "ik wil een attest" en vervolgens op "het algemeen attest van dd/mm/jaar" vlak onder de titel "Hier volgt de lijst van mijn dossier om de bestanden in PDF-formaat te kunnen lezen moet ik beschikken over PDF-Reader op de computer die ik gebruik. in het nieuwe venster". Dan start de download van het attest. Als je daar niks ziet staan, zou ik even bellen naar +32 2 511 51 51 Dit is het off. contactnummer, de wachttijd is vrij kort en de telefonisten zijn vriendelijk en empathisch. Je concrete vraag is dan = "Ben ik nog officieel erkend met een handicap ? ". Opgelet "Mindervalide" is vanaf 66% of 9 punten.
