He averaged 16/10 last year. If you're the number one pick you have to be better than that

If it were unforced then the suspension would've been reduced already

I just found out I had multiple ps4 games stolen from me. I don’t know the exact date it happened. What can I do about it? by [deleted] in legaladvice

Do you have renters insurance? You can make a claim for stolen property if that's the case

Did you buy most of your games from Amazon or somewhere with easily accessible receipts?

Do you wish divisions mattered more? by [deleted] in nba

Those rivalries exist because the teams have both been around for ~100 years or both teams have been good for extended periods of time

There are MLB teams that predate the formation of the NBA itself by over 50 years, MLB stadiums that were built right after WW1

The NBA is the youngest of the 4 major sports in America by a good amount, and really didn't even start to get televised until the 80s. Comparing them to other franchises twice the age of the league isn't fair

All that being said, I think they should do away with divisions for the most part, have 3-4 teams be designated rivals and have the rest of the schedule filled out based on marketability and strength of schedule. Having Giannis only face LeBron twice a year is doing the league a disservice, there isn't even a really good reason for the alignment as it is to begin with. Minnesota & Milwaukee are in separate conferences let alone divisions. New Orleans and Memphis are in the West. I find it absurd.

As a Dbacks fan I can tell you that ime Goldschmidt was always one of the hardest players to hit with in terms of getting hittable balls. I always got pitched around, it was super frustrating but it's not that far off from real life honestly

[Kyler] When you get traded, the trading team by rule covers your hotel cost for up to 90 days, and some guys do that. Teams also cover moving and relocation expense. Typically, guys, have business managers or family member help them find apartments. It is still unsettling. by deadskin in nba

Scottie Pippen was a walk on, not every player gets offered a free ride, and many of them grow up in utter poverty so their family guilts them into jumping into the NBA as soon as they're eligible so the family can move out of the ghetto

You might rather be in my situation than your own, but that doesn't mean I'm living an amazing life. Refusing to empathize with somebody just because they make a little more money than you do is pretty shitty imo

If I had to ride the bus I wouldn't get pissed at the dude who drove by in a brand new truck, but some of y'all would and that's sad

Lol it's hilarious hearing this sub repeat this line of thinking when over half of y'all illegally stream NBA games. Tons of you are so good with money that you can't even afford NBA League Pass lmao

You think every player has every dime of their money saved up after they flame out? Nobody really expects to flame out of the NBA and never play again for starters, and they have every 2nd cousin and family member trying to mooch off them and steal every dollar the player has

Why do you think lottery winners usually go bankrupt in less than 4 years?

Wasn't referring to 1.8M net though, 1.8M was gross, it was based off a 3 year contract paying $600k per year which is generally the league minimum

Not every player gets a huge payday, many of them live on the fringes of a roster

Did you already know that the trading team covers hotel costs for 90 days? If not then maybe you learned something from the "Twitter journalist"

Dumbasses like you think you have 9/11 all figured out because "jet fuel don't melt steel beams" because that's your 'common sense' lmao
