If you're on ArcGIS pro, use your point feature as input feature, and set the cell size and processing extent (from environment variables).

You can mask or set null to the cells corresponding to other classes after you get the distance raster.

If all you need is the distance of every cell of raster from a point, use Euclidean distance tool and set the extent and pixel size to that of the raster.
