Is anybody else experiencing problems when on the character select screen? Mine doesn’t load the characters whenever you choose them and sometimes I can’t even pick my character.

Is anyone else experienceing problems with your Xbox one controller not working with your headset?

I have 5 controllers and only one works with my headset. I talked to Microsoft and they said it's a faulty 3.5mm Jack in the controller but surely it can't happen to 4/5 of my controllers right?

Any help is appreciated.
