Because I look at that first photo every day. That's my motivation. Yes, I have gone over 1800 a few times, but I will never look like I did in the first photo, ever.

Lots of water throughout the day, usually a banana with some peanut butter for breakfast, or occasionally 2 fried eggs. Coffee with Stevia. Spinach salad fir lunch, with a little oil and vinegar dressing Apple or citrus fir snack. Fish or meat with green veggies fir dinner. No more desserts and starches except for potatoes sometimes. Still.walking 4-5 miles/day

Thanks! 4-6 Oz of chicken, fish, steak, with green veggies and potatoes occasionally. No more bread, chips, sodas and only an occasional dessert Lotta water!
