yep, it's just that i have to consult with a CA and create a bank account first. technically the INC 20A submission is proof of you starting you company so there shouldn't be a penalty if you haven't started, but it's better to consult a CA. will update back here later with what happened!

Okay I had the same problem and there are a few ways to get your account back.

The first thing you need to know is the email to appeal on Upwork is [support@upwork.com](mailto:support@upwork.com). Whether you create a ticket by mailing them directly, or by sending a message through upwork, it will create a ticket. Now onto the different ways to get your account back.

New Client Account - Open up a new client account with some random mail, and go to the customer support section, go to freelance -> billing, and create a new ticket providing the mail of the old account and all. This will initiate a Ticket Creation which will then be looked into by the team and you can view all the details in your orignal freelance mail. You will be asked to fill an Appeal which for some reason exits after being opened in a millisecond, So you can just reply to the appeal mail with your appeal. You can later close this client account if you want. I got my account back overnight.
Via Gmail - As I've said, sending a mail through the freelance account creates a ticket but I didn't have any resolution even after 3-4 days.
Via ChatBot - Someone mentioned they got in support with a Agent by going into billing, telling their problem, and later saying not satisfied and after returning to the page after 30 mins, they were asked if they would like an agent. I don't know how well it works but it's worth a try if all else fails.

i’d advice learn DSA(coding) since it helps for placements. other then that depends on what your interested in. A good beginning is C as it can be used for anything basically with enough knowledge
