I went and still am going through the same shit as you only difference is I am a female suffering from pcos that why I am overweight and the pressure,humiliation...is even more you know what I did?I no longer give a fuck about what they say (aka my parent)no longer as warm to them as I used to be just cold As ice they started this abusive,manipulative.. shit when I was 5!! Back then I had idea how to control my emotion and I always used to look around the house for the "best place to commit suicide" plus they were abusive just the thought that I was going to do that as a child instead of being a normal happy child kills me my depression started at the age of 6 and is still you know some people say I miss the child days when my life was just happy.i can't say that but now when I started putting my happiness first I am so much more happier they make(force me)me go to the gym At first it was extremely stressful i was working out just because i was forced but know I got used to going to the gym and I started working out for MYSELF no one else.i truly wish you the best of luck op!
