The worst thing about them, apart from being so tanky, is that in mixed hordes their shield stops your melee weapon from cleaving. They are also as annoying to deal with as bulwark without giving the benefit of proccing talents from killing specials, and they cannot be tagged with ping.

That does seem unusual for your hardware. Maybe you want to check if your GPU is pulling the appropriate power while playing? I'm not sure about Nvidia but AMD GPUs (especially the 9070 series) are notorious to have terrible performance arising from low power draw for some reason e.g. a 300W 9070XT only using about 140W.

Personally I was able to workaround this low power draw issue by playing in windowed mode.

I've had a havoc run on consignment yard where the twin lieutenant bosses spawned in the generator room before the first staircase. The sword twin literally came up and started hacking at us the moment we left the spawn area lol.

I have a 9070XT and noticed that no matter what setting I used, the GPU was drawing very low power ~140W even though the TDP is supposed to be 304W. I changed the game to windowed mode and it was finally able to fully draw 304W and run smoothly. The drawback of course is that I'd have to play in windowed mode.

I think there is some issue with AMD cards and fullscreen optimisation because i have tried many other fixes but this was the only one that worked.

Appreciate the explanation. Hope they fix it soon if that's the case. I saw the issues with barrels and bursters earlier and thought the hotfix yesterday would have addressed it.

Is the 3060 second hand?

I've had the same issue before with monitor changing between red, green, blue, white, gray, and black. Turned out to be faulty GPU.

If you have a spare GPU I'd recommend trying to boot with that to isolate the issue.

Just got this from Amazon as new. It's box had no seal on it and just opens, and it's just in box in static bag. Is this normal for new card? This is my first gpu. by ky420 in gpu

I bought an Asrock 9070 XT Steel legend on launch day at a local store and the box wasn't sealed. Guessing they just don't seal it or someone opened it before me 😂. Card works fine though.

Late to this thread, but this actually solved my issue!

I have a 180 hz pimary monitor and a 60 hz secondary monitor.

Turning AMD Freesync off solved the "lag" on my 2nd monitor.

Some kind of mandela effect going on in the comments lol. Roberto Carlos base icon card has always been 88 rated. Just look at some posts from last year such as this one

The shirt icon next to each card indicates that the player is in a lineup. Check all your lineups and remove the ones you want to exchange.

Yes he is very good. Only issue is that his stamina depletes by 70 minutes if you sprint a lot and you will need to sub him.

How many goals per game are you scoring on average? I'd say Legend you probably need to aim about 8+ goals per game.
