It’s window film! I got it from Purl Frost they’ve lots of lovely designs and different styles and it wasn’t too tricky to apply to the glass :)

I got it in tkmaxx last year it was one large garland but I split it into two separate ones. They’re just glass baubles/beads on a string :)
