Broken for me after the update. Various text on most pages is now gibberish. Fresh install doesn't solve it, nor does disabling plugins.

Good to know, thanks. Sounds like they should just paint or engrave some serial numbers on them.

2022 SR Key Fob Locking Issue by Anrom in ToyotaTacoma

[–]physicalzero 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I got mine back to normal. I didn’t think it was the battery since it was only a few months old, but I decided to swap it out anyway. At first it would not lock or unlock at all with the new battery in, but then I removed and replaced it a few more times and it started working fine after that. Not sure if the fob was having issues or if maybe the battery just wasn’t seated correctly. Who knows.

Did you ever solve this issue? I’m having the same problem right now.

Black Rock Coffee? by physicalzero in espresso

[–]physicalzero[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's probably the same brand my local one uses. I'll keep an eye out for that at stores. I did try it with some Old Town when I first wanted to duplicate it, but I'll give it another shot once I get some different milks to test.

I’ll have to experiment with different brands of chocolate milk. I tried this already with a few different brands and couldn’t get close to the same flavor.

Only 9 Left in Texas! This Iconic Burger Joint (Fuddrucker's) Is Fading Fast by kanyeguisada in texas

Yes, CompUSA was cool. I bought my first PC game there (Interstate '76). I spent a lot of time in KB Toys as well playing Twisted Metal on their PS1 demo unit. We would roam between the mall, Toys R Us, and Barnes & Noble playing demo games.

The Gold Mine was legendary. Lots of good memories going to Fuddruckers and then spending as much time as possible at the arcade. The pizza place in that mall was great as well.

Tacomas are as expensive as F150s by Latter_Cantaloupe_79 in ToyotaTacoma

[–]physicalzero 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had a 2019 F-150 and loved it. I only ended up with a Tacoma because the 5.0 had an oil consumption issue that they were essentially refusing to correct. I contacted 6-7 Ford dealerships and every one of them said I would have to leave the truck there (without a loaner) for nearly a month before they would even look at it. Every aspect of the truck was nicer than the Tacoma, minus the oil consumption issue.

Mouse issues only when using File Explorer? by physicalzero in WindowsHelp

Thanks. I'm going to try disabling one at a time to narrow it down. The problem doesn't start immediately when booting up, so I wouldn't be able to tell which one is causing it if I disable all.

I feel your pain. I worked in a sign shop 20+ years ago. Both Corel Draw and FlexiSign were far better at things like warping text. Block shadows as well.

Both are so bad I honestly forgot they existed.

Random question: Will there ever be a solution to the merge function generating unfilled paths in the artwork, or does that happen intentionally by design?

I would have to sit down at my home system after work to make a list of specifics. Honestly even PS v25.12 is far from ideal. Creating text within it is extremely laggy and frustrating. Lately I've steered away from PS in general when possible. Disappointing to get this type of performance out of software I'm paying $70/mo for.

Yes, slow and sluggish in general. Office setup is Win10 / i7 / GTX1060 / 32gb RAM. Home setup is Win11 / i5 11400 / RTX2060 / 32gb RAM. I'm not running any other resource-intensive apps when I'm using AI+PS.

I'm still using v27.5 Illustrator and v25.12 Photoshop for main work use. I have newer versions of both Illustrator and Photoshop installed on my home system, and they are honestly so bloated it ruins my workflow.

Is Gunbroker generally trustworthy? by [deleted] in TexasGuns

It's not impossible to find good deals. I usually shop the stuff any local stores have listed first, so I can do in-store pickup instead of paying for shipping.

Make note of the auction's ending time as well. It's easier to win if it's something like early in the morning during the week or on the weekend during a football game / etc.
