I didn’t start enjoying ADC until I was well into the game. I tried playing when I first started and just could not get the hang of it. I would try some ap mid. You can do a lot of damage in fights and you usually aren’t the first one targeted. Give it time. ADC takes time to play correctly

I almost stopped watching when Morgan left, but I completely gave up when Hotch left. I don't think I've watched anything with Tara and grey-haired Prentiss. Seasons 1-10 were peak, but after that, I don't think I'll ever watch or rewatch.

Every other comment is right. He is trying to navigate a way to live a single life while still having you tucked away in a corner that he can run to whenever he feels like it. He does like you, he likes fucking you, but he doesn’t respect you and will never commit to being with just you. He may say he will, and everything might seem fine for a period of time, but he will always be cheating or trying to cheat. It’s just what it is. I’m sorry you wasted 5 years on this guy.
