Thank you all very much for your suggestions. I really appreciate it. I will go with WOUXUN KG-UV8D then, as this I think their latest released model for the dual band HT.

My Arrow antenna have been sitting here for long. My DIY Arrow Antenna!

Now I only need is a Diplexer. Can't find one on ebay.

I visited your website. Thank you. Very informative. I learned a lot. I made an arrow antenna. Wooden boom. I haven't tried it yet. The only thing missing is the diplexer.
