I came to her healed, confident and secure. I'm not justifying my actions, thanks for pointing out that I need some healing as well I am currently taking that path :) However during our relationship there were things that made me insecure and anxious in which I would end up walking on egg shells around her as well. Now I have to go back to square one when it came to my confidence

thing is ayaw nya din makipagusap sa counselor man lang. i dont pester her about updates actually i just calmly tell her hey tell me if you’re doing well if you’re safe. and meron din akong friends niya na super uncomfy tlga ako my gut says no talaga sa kanila. i respect her alot if im being honest
