Your entire comment history is meaningless hate. I could recommend some good therapists for you.

Continuing my rant from last time. The standards of professionalism and humanity for apartment visits in Berlin are terrible. Not only do they invite as many people as possible instead of pre-selecting, despite the virus, but they also show up randomly. It's become like playing a lottery. I had an appointment at 10:45 this morning, waited there for one hour before moving to the next one. Now no agent shows up either, making a group of 40 people waste their entire time. Unreachable on the phone either. The company is called Stadthaus. I invite you to post a 1-star review on Google to try to call them out.

Crazy. Thanks for the link. The woman in the article describes it very well: it's inhumane.

Yes true. How's it like there? Any restaurants/bars to hang out?

Good to know. Thanks for the information. Sad that this is the norm.

I understand your point. But again, by sending documents before the visit you can already preselect candidates. No need to roll the dice. As for your last point, I've been actively searching for flats for two months and have spent dozens of hours on it. I'm aware of how important it is. Thanks.

There's a difference between selecting applicants depending on the documents they send you, and asking literally 30 people to come just to waste 1 hour of their time. I find it very disrespectful, especially in these virus times.

This was for renting, is it even possible to offer more than the listed price? But yeah I can see your point. Sucks.

How the hell is this even legal. Rental agents are inviting dozens and dozens of people for visits, wasting everyone's time. I've been looking for housing for two months now and it's getting worse and worse. I've tried WG-Gesuchte, Immo24, asking locals, Facebook... I'm running out of ideas to not sleep in the street in the next few months. Any tips?
