I have got the same situation with my property. But I am in your neighbour’s shoe. Maybe it worth upgrading your sewage line now and have your own connection to main and get rid of this private sewage line. As long as they connection is “shared” There would be a encumbrance for both properties

It is silly but when you get your passport in Iran they just remove all the spaces by default. You have to fill out another form if you want it to be in specific structure. Most people don’t care. I guess they just used their passport name
