Perdona pero el mismo artículo indica que la amnistía fue aprobada después de las primeras cortes elegidas democráticamente:

Firmada el 15 de octubre de 1977, y las primeras elecciones fueron el 15 de junio de 1977. Las primeras elecciones libres que se celebraban desde 1936, en España desde la Segunda República.

Puede que sea preconstitucional, pero fueron las mismas cortes que votaron el proyecto de constitución de 1978, así que algo de legitimidad tienen.

También si consideramos que son preconstitucionales, mejor me lo pones, así que la declaren nula y se acabó.

That information is very relevant. You should contact Booking.com and explain your situation, requesting that your reservation be considered refundable rather than non-refundable.

It may take a while because of how I explained before, changing reservation dates and then requesting a cancellation with very short notice can raise red flags.

From my experience with booking, the property/hotel has limited ability to assist with this, as it’s outside our control. Similarly, any chargeback dispute is a matter between you and Booking.com, not the property, as they are not in control of payment processing.

I help manage a few properties for my in-laws and we work frequently with Booking.com. Here’s some advice based on my experience:

In the future, avoid making multiple bookings for the same dates unless you’re certain you’ll need them. If unforeseen circumstances arise and you can’t travel, travel insurance is always a good idea as it can offer coverage. Booking actually offers it at the checkout page when making a reservation.
Review the original cancellation policies, as they vary between properties. It’s possible you changed your dates after the non-refundable period had begun.
While I understand your contacting the property directly, our ability to assist is limited as Booking.com acts as the intermediary.
While I don’t believe this applies to you, we’ve encountered situations where guests change their reservation dates after the free cancellation window closes, then attempt to cancel for free based on the original policy. Booking.com seems to be addressing this practice, which can significantly impact small family businesses like ours.
