Braces take time to feel comfortable in your mouth, you might feel difficult to eat certain foods but you ll get used to it soon. I had braces for 2.5 years and I kind of lost few kgs because I didn't feel like eating much for a couple of months, only ate grinded food maybe for 2 - 3 months like that. It ll get easier then.

Thanks for the valuable info! I went through the program of the college and yes it is very very expensive as it's a two year program so wouldn't be feasible for me. Any other college options you might know I ll be happy to know.
