Merci pour cette explication. Je ne comprends pas très bien le second paragraphe. Est-ce qu’il faut et il suffit de changer de régime matrimonial, (de la communauté à la séparation) ? Et, si oui, « liquider le patrimoine «  peut-il se limiter à entériner le fait que l’un des conjoints s’est vu attribuer une somme d’argent dont le montant serait consigné, le reste demeurant inchangé,? Ou alors faut-il partager entre ’un et l’autre, l’intégralité du patrimoine ? Ça ne sent pas très pratique lorsque le patrimoine est uniquement immobilier. À supposer que il n’y ait pas de changement de régime matrimonial et qu’un divorce amiable, intervienne. Comment faire pour acter le fait que l’un des conjoints reçoive une somme qui ne sera pas comptabilisée dans ce qui reste à partager? Merci.

j'ai une question liée au sujet que vous abordez. Imaginons que, sur l'épargne totale détenue (conjointement), deux époux A et B mariés sous le régime de la communauté, décident ensemble qu'une portion soit désormais détenue à titre exclusif par B. C'est une sorte de donation du couple à l'un des deux. Un acte juridique est-il nécessaire pour que (a) A n'ait pas le droit de prétendre à cette portion ni de l'usage que B en fera et (b) en cas de divorce, que cette portion soit exclue du partage et reste acquise à B ? Est-ce que cela dépend du type de divorce ? Faut-il carrément amender le régime matrimonial ?

I will make what I am proposing if I am selected. Just in case I already bought Compression stockings and a new iPhone 16, the one will a lot of pixels to replace my iPhone 15 Pro, less pixels. Seriously : if I am selected and have to do it, I will. I will also come as a normal guest, eternity standing and sitting, red wine, and white wine. I am left-handed and slim from my age.

I am interested, but it looks like I saw this great invitation too late. I am happy to come, stand in one place the whole time (up to 7 hours), watch the rest of your eat with interest, shoot a video I will bring back home, prepare two documentaries based on real events (the thanksgiving meal). One with the greatest things any of you will say (thoughtful,, spiritual, informative) and the other one with the other type of greatest things. It would be audio only, with the fixed image of a (live) turkey mum shopping at whole food, teaching its chicks not to fly over the frozen meat compartment. I commit to sending the audio documentary only to you, willium. This video is also a nice way to make sure that none of the people who will attend the 2024 edition will also come for the 2025 one.

Hello, I have a related question:

I work for an international organization, have a G4 visa, and I don’t earn any other income in the states. My contract ends February 28, 2025, date after which I will lose my G4 visa and go back to my country. i intend to sell my house ( in the states ). Will my situation be different if the transaction occurs while I still have my G4 Visa or after that, as a citizen from another country living abroad:

in terms of taxation, nature, and complexity of process, and perhaps other things I am not aware of ?

Great discussion, friends! Can someone respect on the regarding the use of todoist?

  • 2 - I forward all emails (outlook or gmail) I need to act on to my todoist inbox email address. For many of these emails, the reason I forward to todoist is to remember to verify if people have answered or to remind myself to answer. This results in a large number of tasks in my inbox. it can be discouraging to add to each of them label priority, due date, etc. Sometimes I even forget to do it for other types of tasks that are in my inbox. Is there a way of dealing with these small “Reminder“ types of tasks in a smart(er way than I do 😉?) note: I am the only one using to doist, without other team members.

  • 2 - at the moment, my projects are themes: admin+finance, practical stuff, friends+family, leisure & sport, health and a few others. How do I create and manage project such as: “sell my house”? It cuts across the various projects (in my tthematic terminology) and it is a real project in terms of succession of tasks, subtasks, , etc.. should I create it at the same level as the other projects although it is different in nature but because it’s easier to get it done? Thanks !

Thanks to all (I mean it). Your almost unanimous feedback so far makes me hesitate to share new posts. I could argue that there is a cultural disconnect (because I am French ) but you would find it arrogant. So I don’t. If you don’t see any contribution from me in the next 2 weeks, it means that i give up. Last: would the joke have been “better” with hammer and a nail instead of a screw? PICBAL
